Naz Magic provides live entertainment services including, but not limited to, strolling magic, close-up magic, private event performances, corporate entertainment, consulting, and related appearances. All bookings are subject to performer availability, written confirmation, venue suitability, and receipt of any required deposits or payments. Event dates are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Naz Magic. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate conduct, force majeure events, travel disruptions, illness, emergencies, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Clients agree to provide accurate event information including venue address, performance times, audience size, parking access, and contact details. Clients are responsible for obtaining any venue permissions, insurance requirements, licenses, or approvals required for entertainment services. Naz Magic shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform caused by venue restrictions, technical limitations, weather conditions, acts of God, civil disturbances, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Payments, retainers, and deposits are subject to the terms outlined within individual performance agreements or invoices. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable and compensate the Company for reserving the event date and declining other bookings. Remaining balances may be due prior to or on the date of performance. Late payments may be subject to additional fees permitted under California law. Returned checks, chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals may result in cancellation of services and additional collection costs. Naz Magic respects the privacy of website visitors and clients. Personal information voluntarily submitted through booking forms, email inquiries, phone calls, newsletters, or other communications may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, event details, and payment-related information. This information is collected solely for business operations, scheduling, communication, marketing, customer service, legal compliance, and fulfillment of contracted services. Naz Magic does not knowingly sell personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers, payment processors, legal authorities, insurance representatives, or contractors when reasonably necessary to provide services or comply with applicable laws and regulations. All intellectual property, trademarks, branding, logos, performance concepts, written materials, videos, photographs, website content, advertising materials, and original magic methods associated with Naz Magic remain the exclusive property of French Drop LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent. Unauthorized recording or disclosure of proprietary performance methods for commercial purposes may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted under California law, Naz Magic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of this website or participation in any performance or event. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
